Simiyu Robinson Wanjala from Muranga High School tops in the examinations followed by Wasonga Allan Udoma from Agoro Sare High School. The third student is Sharon Chepngeno Terer.
Some 747, 121 candidates sat for the examinations which run between March 26 and April 21, 2021. 839 candidates scored A plain.
During the presser at Mtihani House in Nairobi, Magoha appreciated fellow government officials for the success of the exercise carried out amid challenges occasioned by the pandemic.
Magoha thanked president Kenyatta for the guidance he provided during the entire examination period.
“I thank Interior CS Dr. Fred Matiangi and ICT CS Joe Mucheru for their help. For five years, the three of us have run a credible multisectoral examinations,” Magoha says
According to Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) Dr Nancy Karoko 10,943 supervisors, 42, 974 invigilators and 2,634 drivers who among other 286,901 field officials contracted by the (KNEC) made the examination process successful.
