Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka has implored civil servants to execute their mandates diligently as a measure of performance.
H.E Lusaka was speaking when he presided over the signing of Performance Contracts by Senior Bungoma County Assembly staff.
“Performance contracting is a very important management tool. It enhances service delivery and keeps us in check.It is good to set targets. What is measured gets done”,He Said.
The County Boss emphasized the importance of creating synergy in service delivery, noting that his executive will work closely with the County Assembly to foster development and bring forth transformation.
“I implore my Executive Members to observe a cordial working relationship with the Assembly.Always avail themselves whenever called upon for oversight”,He stated.
The event was attended by a host of leaders, MCAs, CECMs, Senior County Officials among others.
