BREAKING: Kenya confirms 22 More COVID19 cases- number rises to 81

Twenty Two more people have tested positive for coronavirus, bringing the tally of confirmed cases to 81, the Health Ministry has said today.
Of the 22 positive cases, 18 are Kenyans, 2 are Cameroonians, and 2 Pakistanis.
Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe on Wednesday said Nairobi still leads in the number of cases as community transmissions spiked across the country and is listed as a hotspot for the virus.
This means that the Covid-19 disease is no longer being imported from outside the country but is spreading from one person to another locally.

The new cases are spread out in the country with Kakamega, Nyamira and Mombasa all having a case while Nairobi recorded major cases. One patient is in Critical condition in ICU at Aga khan Hospital.
This comes even as 2 patients are released after recovering from the disease. The First corona virus patient “Patient Zero” alongside a contact recovered male patient in Kenya have even bravely come out to celebrate their full recovery. This comes in the wake of increasing numbers of Coronavirus recoveries in the world. The coronavirus outbreak has seen more than 179,127 people recover from infection, as of Wednesday 1st April 2020, according to the latest figures from Johns Hopkins University.
